General classification.
Department of Environmental Conservation
(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of Westchester County shall be maintained as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards—Classifications System, using Levels, IV, III, II and I as detailed below.
(b) The classification of the air over the Hudson River and over Long Island Sound shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.
