(a) Commencing at the intersection of the Ontario-Seneca county line and the Geneva-Phelps town line; thence westerly along the town line to Pre-Emption Road; thence southerly along Pre-Emption Road to Billsboro Road; thence easterly along Billsboro Road to Route 14; thence due east to the Seneca Lake shoreline; thence northerly along the shoreline to the Ontario-Seneca county line; thence northerly along the county line to the beginning point.
(b) Commencing at the junction of North Street and the Canandaigua-Hopewell town line; thence southerly along the town line to Routes 5 and 20; thence westerly along Routes 5 and 20 to the Canandaigua city line; thence clockwise along the city line to Parrish Street; thence southwesterly along Parrish Street to Route 21; thence northerly along Route 21 to Bliss Road; thence southwesterly along Bliss Road to Hickox Road; thence northwesterly along Hickox Road to Cooley Road; thence northwesterly along Cooley Road to the Penn Central Railroad; thence easterly along the Penn Central Railroad to Thomas Road; thence northeasterly along Thomas Road to Emerson Road; thence northeasterly and easterly along Emerson Road to Allen Road; thence southeasterly along Allen Road to North Street; thence northeasterly along North Street to the beginning point.
