All that area west of a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern boundary of the City of Long Beach and the Atlantic Ocean shoreline; thence northerly along the city line to Reynolds Channel; thence northeasterly along a straight line to the intersection of South Main Street and the Freeport village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to the Meadowbrook State Parkway; thence northerly along the Meadowbrook State Parkway to Hillside Avenue; thence westerly along Hillside Avenue to Marcus Avenue; thence northwesterly along Marcus Avenue to the Nassau-Queens county line.
