All that area west of a line commencing at a point on the Lake Erie shoreline due west of the intersection of Amsdell Road and Route 5 (Lake Shore Road) in the Town of Hamburg; thence due east to said intersection; thence southeasterly along Amsdell Road to Southwestern Boulevard (Route 20); thence northeasterly along Southwestern Boulevard to Transit Road (Route 20); thence northerly along Transit Road to Como Park Boulevard; thence easterly along Como Park Boulevard to the Lancaster village line; thence counterclockwise around the village line to Cayuga Creek; thence easterly along Cayuga Creek to a point due south of the intersection of Cemetery Road and Broadway (Route 20); thence due north to said intersection; thence northerly along Cemetery Road to Walden Avenue Road; thence westerly along Walden Avenue to Stony Road; thence northerly along Stony Road to Route 33; thence northerly along a straight line to the intersection of Main Street, Sheridan Drive, and Thompson Road; thence northerly along Thompson Road to Greiner Road; thence westerly along Greiner Road to Transit Road (Route 78); thence northerly along Transit Road to Tonawanda Creek (Erie-Niagara county line); except that area delineated as Level IV and that portion of Grand Island delineated as Level II.
