All that area west of a line commencing at a point on the Lake Erie shoreline due west of the intersection of Route 5 (Lake Shore Road) and Big Tree Road in the Town of Hamburg; thence due east to said point; thence easterly along Big Tree Road to Bay View Road; thence northeasterly along a straight line to the junction of McKinley Parkway and Willett Road; thence northerly along a straight line to the junction of Mckinley Parkway and the Buffalo city line (McKinley Circle); thence northerly along McKinley Parkway to Choate Avenue (McClellan Circle); thence due north to Cazenovia Creek; thence northeasterly along a straight line to the intersection of the Buffalo city line and the Buffalo River; thence northeasterly along the Buffalo River to the Lehigh Valley Railroad tracks; thence northerly along the Lehigh Valley Railroad track to Harlem Road; thence northerly along Harlem Road to Walden Avenue; thence westerly along Walden Avenue to Best Street; thence westerly along Best Street to Jefferson Avenue; thence northerly along Jefferson Avenue to Delavan Avenue; thence westerly along Delavan Avenue to a point due south of the junction of Myron Avenue and Kenmore Avenue; thence due north to said point; thence due north to Thorncliff Avenue; thence westerly along Thorncliff Avenue to Delaware Road; thence northerly along Delaware Road to Cleveland Avenue; thence westerly along Cleveland Avenue to Delaware Avenue; thence northerly along Delaware Avenue to Fletcher Street; thence due east to the Erie Railroad tracks; thence northerly along the Erie Railroad tracks to the Erie-Niagara county line; except that area known as Grand Island.
