Measurement.

Department of Environmental Conservation

(a) Sulfur dioxide in air is determined by the West Gaeke method of analysis, or by other methods acceptable to the commissioner.
(b) All measurements are corrected to a reference temperature of 25 degrees Centigrade and to a reference pressure of 760 millimeters of mercury.
