Test procedures.

Department of Environmental Conservation

(a) Testing to determine compliance with section 239-3.1 of this Part shall be performed by using the procedures in 40 CFR sections 59.650-59.653 (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title).
(b) Alternative methods that are shown to be accurate, precise, and appropriate may be used upon written approval of the department.
