Heavy duty diesel emission standards.

Department of Environmental Conservation

All HDDVs subject to the requirements of this Subpart and that operate in New York State, except for those exempted in section 217-5.2(a) of this Subpart, shall be subject to the smoke opacity standards set forth in Table 1 as follows:
