1. (1) Record and report pigging activities and estimated natural gas loss to the department by March 31st of each year for the previous calendar year. The report shall include, but not be limited to:

   1. (i) location of activity;
   2. (ii) date of each activity;
   3. (iii) estimated volume of release for each activity.
