(1) Storage vessels installed prior to January 1, 2023 must have a vapor control efficiency of 95 percent.
(2) Storage vessels installed on or after January 1, 2023 must not vent to the atmosphere.
(a) Applicability.
The requirements of this section apply to all storage vessels located at oil and natural gas well sites with a PTE greater than or equal to six tpy of VOC.
