Reporting submissions and retention.

Department of Environmental Conservation

(a) Reports shall be delivered to both the:
1. (1) Bureau Director, Bureau of Air Quality Planning, Division of Air Resources, 625 Broadway, Albany NY 12233; and
2. (2) the Regional Air Pollution Control Engineer in the corresponding department region in which the source is located.
(b) Source owners and operators must maintain reports for at least five years and make them available to the department upon request.
