Sport fishing from the shore of Oyster Bay Mill Pond and access thereto by walking is permitted during daylight hours. The refuge is delineated on a map available at the Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters, Target Rock Road, Lloyd Neck, Huntington, NY 11743. Sport fishing shall be in accordance with all applicable State regulations.
