N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 22, § 7101.8

Fees.

Judiciary

(a) There shall be no fee charged for the following:
1. (1) inspection of records;
2. (2) search for records; or
3. (3) any certification pursuant to this Part.
(b) Copies of records shall be provided at a cost equal to the legal maximum fee.
