Pursuant to the provisions of Part 207 of the Uniform Rules for the Surrogate's Court, § 207.1(c), and Part 9 of the Rules of the Chief Judge (22 NYCRR Part 9), the court, on March 31, 1988 having issued an order with regard to its local rule requiring an attorney-fiduciary to file an informal account, and to request an order of the court in advance of making payment of fiduciary commissions and legal fees, and said order having failed to set forth the effective date of said local rule as October 1, 1986, it is

ORDERED that the order of the court, dated March 31, 1988, is hereby amended to set forth the effective date of the aforesaid local rule of the court as October 1, 1986, and it is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the order of the court, dated March 31, 1988 is, hereby ratified and confirmed.
