In all proceedings for the advance payment of legal fees to an attorney-fiduciary, instituted pursuant to the provisions of SCPA § 2111, the petitioner shall file with his (her) application, acknowledged consents to the relief requested signed by all those persons whose interests in the estate would be affected by the proceeding, or, alternatively, shall cause citation to issue to such persons.
