In all proceedings for the judicial settlement of an account filed in the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, counsel are advised that all waivers of citation and citation must be accompanied by a full copy of the schedules constituting the account for review by the respective person or person interested. Disbursements for photocopying and postage in this regard may be presented to the court for approval as a proper administration expense of the estate.
