Pursuant to section 1245.2 of this Title, to the extent not previously designated by the court for mandatory electronic filing, all appeals filed with the court in which a notice of appeal is filed on or after April 1, 2021, all matters transferred to the court by order dated on or after April 1, 2021, and all special proceedings commenced in the court on or after April 1, 2021 shall be designated for mandatory electronic filing and subject to Part 1245 of this Title and the Rules of Practice of this court governing electronic filing.
