1. (a) appeals from the Workers' Compensation Board;
2. (b) appeals from the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board;
3. (c) appeals from judgments of conviction in criminal cases challenging only the legality, propriety or excessiveness of the sentence imposed;
4. (d) appeals in or transfers of CPLR article 78 proceedings in which the sole issue raised is whether there is substantial evidence to support the challenged determination; and
5. (e) any other case in which the court, in its discretion, determines that argument is not warranted.
