This Part serves as a supplement to, and should be read in conjunction with, Uniform Rules for Attorney Disciplinary Matters (Part 1240 of this Title) and is applicable to all complaints, investigations, proceedings, persons or entities covered by those rules within the jurisdiction of the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
