(a) On or before the first day of September of each year, the corporation shall submit to the committee a report covering the preceding year. The report shall include, with respect to requests for access to records and with respect to requests for correction or amendment of records pursuant to these regulations, respectively, the following information:

1. (1) the number of determinations made to grant such requests; and
2. (2) the number of determinations made to deny such requests in whole or in part, respectively.
