(a) Eligible municipality.

An eligible municipality shall be a county, city, town or village as defined in section 3(13) of the Facilities Development Corporation Act.

(b) Eligible project.

An eligible project shall be a project for which a municipality has determined the need for assistance in connection with the design and/or construction of a municipal health facility, municipal building or local correctional facility, pursuant to and defined in section 8-b, 14-a or 14-b of the Facilities Development Corporation Act.
