Observation decks.
State of New York
The fee for admission upon the observation decks at Newark Airport shall be 10 cents; provided, however, that there shall be no fee for such admission in the case of children under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult and that such children shall not be admitted upon such observation decks unless so accompanied.
