- (a) No tank vehicles and refueling service vehicles shall be used for transportation of flammable liquids within airports unless registered, inspected and approved by the Port Authority.
- (b) Every application for registration, inspection or reinspection of such tank vehicle and refueling service vehicle shall be made upon forms prescribed and furnished by the Port Authority accompanied by a detailed, authorized statement certifying compliance with the provisions of this section.
- (c) Vehicles shall be submitted for registration and inspection prior to their use upon the airport and shall be submitted for reinspection every six months thereafter.
- (d) Vehicles approved by the Port Authority shall be furnished an initial registration certificate to be kept on the air terminal, and inspection identification which shall be subject to the six months' inspection and each portion shall be furnished a separate registration certificate, and bear a separate inspection identification.
That the presence in or upon an air terminal of a tank vehicle and refueling service vehicle is likely to endanger persons or property in or upon the air terminal and render the use of the air terminal unsafe, and no such tank vehicle and refueling service vehicle shall be allowed in or upon any air terminal unless it shall conform to the following rules and regulations in addition to all other rules and regulations for the use of the air terminals:
