1261.40Aircraft to be positioned and taxied so that slip-stream or jet exhaust does not cause injury or damage.1261.41Starting and warming-up of aircraft engines restricted to designated areas.1261.42Presence of qualified attendant required before starting engine.1261.43Aircraft to be started and run by qualified persons only.1261.44Main landing wheels to be chocked and brakes locked prior to starting engine.1261.45Operator of helicopter must be certificated.1261.46Moving aircraft to be under control and moved at reasonable speed.1261.47Moving aircraft to be in contact with tower.1261.48Unattended aircraft to be secured in approved manner.1261.49Unattended helicopters to be secured in approved manner.1261.50Parked or stored aircraft to be moved upon request.1261.51Taxing in or out of hangars prohibited.1261.52Parked aircraft to have running lights on between sunset and sunrise; exception.1261.53All moving aircraft to proceed with running lights on between sunset and sunrise.
