N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 21, § 1245.2 – Electricity.

(a) Wharf or shed lights, for each 12 hour period or fraction thereof $1 per light
(b) Electricity will be furnished at the same rate as would be charged if supplied directly to the user by the local utility company.
(c) Where vessel furnished shore cables, etc. Cost of labor for hooking up
(d) Where terminal furnishes shore cables, etc. $10 service charge plus labor and materials for hooking up.
