- (a) All cargo, unless otherwise specifically provided for 35 cents per ton
- (b) Scrap metal 20 cents per ton
- (c) Bulk cargo, dry or liquid 20 cents per ton
- (d) Bulk cargo—when vessel loads or discharges the entire cargo as a continuous operation between vessel and a leasehold within a marine terminal 15 cents per ton
- (e) Bulk cargo (liquid) handled offshore 5 cents per ton
- (f) Liquid bulk cargo moving over or through a mooring facility in privately owned pipelines ¾ cents per barrel
- (g) Lumber, logs, piling, poles or posts 50 cents per 1000 ft. BM (charges for wharfage of lumber will be assessed upon basis of net measurement as specified on ocean bill of lading or ship's manifest)
- (h) Shingles, wood, in bundles:
- (1) Not exceeding 18 inches in length 1½ cents per bundle
- (2) Not over 18 inches in length 2 cents per bundle
- (i) Lath, in bundles 12½ cents per 1000 pieces.
