      (Charge in lieu of dockage and wharfage) When a wharf other than a public wharf is utilized jointly by wharf lessees directly contiguous to such wharf for general cargo vessels (exclusive of vessels loading or discharging liquids through pipe line) $750 per day.

      (b) Nonself-propelled vessels loading or discharging cargo.

5. (e) Towboats and tugs operating within the port of New York and utilizing a Port Authority marine terminal for taking on fresh water, stores, supplies, awaiting orders, changing crews, carrying ships' personnel, etc. . . . $1 per landing with the privilege of obtaining a monthly permit at $25 per boat.

   1. (1) For permission to make ship repairs or alterations, or to perform outfitting or shoring, while moored at a terminal. . . $25 per vessel per day
   2. (2) For permission to load ships' stores or supplies or to fumigate vessel while moored at a terminal (except when loading or discharging cargo) . . . $15 per vessel per day.

   (f) Permission to perform ship services.
