1225.21Hours during which freight handling service available.1225.22Improperly packaged, marked, leaking or loose freight not accepted for handling.1225.23Freight subject to I.C.C. regulations not handled unless in compliance with such regulations.1225.24Freight having an offensive odor or likely to damage other freight or make any portion of the terminal untenantable subject to immediate removal.1225.25Accompaniment by Port Authority employee required for entry into certain areas.1225.26Persons having business on terminal platforms may enter and remain only as long as their business requires.1225.27Shippers, consignees and connecting carriers to use berth space designated by superintendent.
