1220.40Leaking, loose, improperly packaged and marked baggage or express not accepted for handling.1220.41Express, baggage or manifest baggage producing or capable of producing offensive odor or likely to cause damage or injury to persons or property not accepted for handling and subject to removal from terminal.1220.42Express, baggage and manifest baggage subject to I.C.C. regulations not handled unless in compliance with applicable provisions of such regulations.
