Explosives, Class C, listed in section 1211.150 for reference to this section are restricted to the following quantities:

Blasting caps—not more than 100 caps

Delay electric igniters—not more than 500 igniters

Electric blasting caps—not more than 200 caps

Electric squibs—not more than 500 squibs

Percussion caps—not more than 500 caps

Safety squibs—not more than 500 squibs
