1. (1) Solicitation. Concessionaire shall confine its solicitation of business at the airport to signs and advertisements which have received the prior written approval of NFTA.
2. (2) Open traffic lanes. Concessionaire shall provide a sufficient number of employees in the ready/return vehicle areas to keep traffic lanes open at all times.
3. (3) Illegal parking. Concessionaire shall keep airport roadways, parking lots and areas free of rental vehicles. Any unpaid charges for parking of rental vehicles in the airport parking lot and any unpaid fines levied for illegal parking of rental vehicles shall be paid by concessionaire.

4. (4) Traffic safety. All employees of concessionaire who operate a vehicle on airport roadways or elsewhere on the airport shall do so in accordance with all NFTA rules and regulations.

   (c) Fees and charges.

   As set forth in the executed concession agreement between the NFTA and concessionaire.

(a) General system—privileges granted.

A concessionaire car rental business at the airport has the nonexclusive right to operate a vehicle rental concession and related services at the airport. The concessionaire also has the privilege of leasing counter/office/storage space at the airport, as well as ready/return vehicle areas.
