N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 21, § 1156.10
The fee for copies of records not in excess of 9 by 14 inches is 25 cents per copy. The fee for copies of all other records shall be the actual cost of reproducing the record, except when a different fee is otherwise prescribed by statute.
