- (a) engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior;
- (b) makes unreasonable noise;
- (c) uses abusive or obscene language, or makes an obscene gesture;
- (d) disturbs any lawful assembly or meeting of persons;
- (e) obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic;
- (f) congregates with other persons and refuses to comply with the manager's or acting manager's order to disperse; or
- (g) creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.
No person shall cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly create a risk thereof at a transportation facility and the performance of any of the following acts shall constitute disorderly conduct if he:
