- (a) Sell, or offer for sale, directly or indirectly, expressly or impliedly, any purchase; or
- (b) Solicit any business or trade, including the carrying of baggage for hire or the shining of shoes or bootblacking; or
- (c) Entertain or endeavor to entertain any persons by singing, dancing, playing any musical instrument or pantomime or any behavior whatsoever.
No person, unless duly authorized by the authority, shall at any terminal:
