- (a) when necessary to avoid injury or damage to persons or property;
- (b) in compliance with the direction of an employee of the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, properly identified, or a New York City police officer or a traffic signal;
- (c) when paying tolls; or
- (d) when disabled.
Traffic shall not stop, stand or park upon any part of the vehicular crossings, except:
