N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 21, § 2601.6

Charges.

State of New York

(a) certifying that a record cannot be found;
(b) certifying to the correctness of a record;
(c) public inspection of a record.

A minimum charge of 25 cents per copy page, or the actual cost of reproducing the record if it is greater will be made. There will be no charges for:
