- (a) Act shall mean the New York State Financial Emergency Act for the City of New York as enacted by section 2 of chapter 868 of the Laws of 1975, as amended.
- (b) Board shall mean the New York State Emergency Financial Control Board created by the Act.
- (c) City shall mean the City of New York.
- (d) Covered organization shall have the same meaning as prescribed for that term in section 2 of the act.
- (e) Emergency period shall have the same meaning as prescribed for that term in section 2 of the act.
- (f) Executive director shall mean the executive director of the board.
- (h) Financial plan shall have the same meaning as prescribed for that term in section 2 of the act.
When used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
