N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 21, § 602.2 – Vehicle limitations.

(a) Toll rates set forth are applicable only to vehicles which do not exceed the following limits:
Width: overall including load—8 feet.
Height: overall from roadway—13 feet.
Length: limits prescribed by New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law.
Weight: limits prescribed by New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law unless otherwise posted.
(b) Vehicles exceeding the limits above set forth shall be required to obtain a special permit from the authority under such terms and conditions as the authority in its sole discretion shall prescribe.
(c) The authority reserves the right to determine whether any vehicle is of unusual or unconventional design, weight or construction.
