(4) Skateboard includes a vehicle that consists typically of a narrow footboard mounted between four small wheels that is operated by placing one foot on the footboard and pushing with the other foot.
(b) Operation prohibited in certain areas.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ride or operate a bicycle, roller skates, scooter or skateboard upon the pedestrian walkway located on the western side of the Atlantic Beach Bridge within the Villages of Atlantic Beach and Lawrence.
(c) Violations and penalties.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be a civil traffic offense punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each offense.
