(a) ParksCorp may order the removal, abatement or other modification of any projection on, over or under any park, or on, over or under any area adjacent to any park, or any sign on or over any street within a distance of 350 feet of any park in the case that:

1. (1) no permit has been issued by ParksCorp, the BPCA or other appropriate agency of the City of New York having jurisdiction; or
2. (2) such projection or sign is inconsistent with the use and enjoyment of any park, with regard to maintaining the beauty and utility of such park.
