N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 21, § 6000.8 – Fees.

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:
1. (1) inspection of records;
2. (2) search for records; or
3. (3) any certification pursuant to this Part.
(b) Copies of records shall be provided at a charge of 10 cents per sheet, except that no fee shall be charged for copying fewer than 50 sheets.
