1. (a) The following fees shall be applicable with respect to services rendered to members of the public:

   1. (1) computer time—charges shall be based on current rates and computer resources used, and shall not exceed actual cost;
   2. (2) photocopies—25 cents per page.

2. (b) There will be no fee for the following services:

   1. (1) any certification pursuant to this Part;
   2. (2) inspection of records; or
   3. (3) search for records, other than computer time.

Any fees authorized herein shall be payable in advance.
