(a) Each licensed commercial ground transportation operator is required to maintain the following current information on file with the SRAA. This information shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

1. (1) For each vehicle:

   1. (i) copy of current vehicle registration;
   2. (ii) vehicle identification number;
   3. (iii) license plate number;
   4. (iv) proof of insurance;
   5. (v) roster of drivers authorized to operate the vehicle.

(b) For each driver:

1. (1) copy of driver’s license.
