Section 10 Piers 51 to 25 North River-Manhattan, NY

Section 11 Pier 15 North River, around the horn to Pier 68 East River-Manhattan, NY

Section 12 Port Newark, Port Elizabeth, Perth Amboy to Leonardo, NJ

Section 14 Jersey City and Bayonne, NJ

Section 15 Hoboken, Weehawken and Edgewater, NJ

Section 16 Staten Island, NY
