The employment of any gang, list or individual pursuant to sections 7.13 through 7.22 of this Part shall be registered by an employer's hiring agent in the THS data base. Said hiring agent shall also certify to the commission, on an appropriate form, that any such employment is in accordance with this Part. Said form shall be submitted to the commission for validation.
