Definitions of terms used in this Subpart are set forth in former 9 NYCRR section 186-1.1, as repealed in 1998 and set forth in section 8185-1.1 of this Title and sections 1801 and 1901 of the Real Property Tax Law, and the Subpart of rules which refers to the base survey immediately preceding the update survey.
