The provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of this Chapter and Chapter IX of this Title with respect to procedural and administrative provisions for the State personal income tax applying to part VI of article 22 of the State Tax Law shall also be applicable to the procedures for and administration of the nonresident earnings tax.
