(a) Home inspectors shall observe and report on the following:

1. (1) any deteriorated and/or damaged structural component including the building foundation and framing;
2. (2) the floor structure;
3. (3) the wall structure;
4. (4) the ceiling structure;
5. (5) the roof structure.
