Responsibilities of official welfare agencies.
Department of Social Services
(a) Local welfare districts are responsible for providing home medical care for tuberculosis patients who are eligible recipients of medical assistance.
(b) The local welfare district shall ascertain that all recipients with tuberculosis are known to the local official health agency.
