This Part governs the Child Assistance Program (CAP). CAP is a district optional component of the Family Assistance (FA) program. CAP is designed to motivate FA recipients to take steps towards financial self-sufficiency. A district may participate in CAP with the approval of the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.
